The Turkic Studies Journal adheres to the principles of open access: all issues and articles are available to readers free of charge and without embargo. The Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) licence applies.

Users are allowed to read, download, distribute, copy, print materials and create derivative works (including translations and adaptations) for non-commercial use, provided they attribute the work to the original author.

The author(s) grant the journal publisher a non-exclusive, free right to publish the article and make it available via open access on the internet.The editorial board adheres to these rules in accordance with the guidelines of the Budapest Open Access Initiative.
